Witnesses say it started over politics, but escalated when someone said inspired fragrances “don’t last”.

Victoria Police confirmed the situation became serious when Sam tried to explain the difference between eau de parfum and extrait for the third time.

Sam is expected to be released once he stops explaining oil concentration.
