Today isn’t asking you to become someone new.
It’s inviting you to come home.

Home to your body.
Home to your heart.
Home to the quiet place within that has always known the way.

This New Moon in Cancer reminds us that growth doesn’t always come from pushing forward.

Sometimes it begins by softening.

By creating safety within ourselves.
By remembering what truly nourishes us.
By choosing rest instead of rushing.
Receiving instead of proving.

Today, open a window.
Light a candle.
Make a cup of tea.
Take a deep breath.

Then ask yourself…

✨ What part of me is asking to be nurtured?
✨ What am I ready to receive?

May this moon remind you that your body is your first home.

~ Tea Threshold Ceremony ~

Today I welcomed the first woman across the threshold of ‘The Way of the Wild Woman’.

We shared tea.
We shared stories.
We shared silence.

As she spoke, the path ahead gently revealed itself. Not because I had a plan, but because she finally had the space to hear herself.

She entrusted me with parts of her story she’d never spoken aloud before.

I was reminded again that transformation doesn’t begin with being told what to do.
It begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself.

Today reminded me that this work isn’t about changing women.
It’s about creating a space where they can slowly come home to themselves.

And that feels like such a sacred thing to witness 🙏
