First 24 hours:
• Keep brows dry – no water, steam or sweat
• No makeup on the brow area
• Avoid rubbing, touching or sleeping face-down
• No saunas or hot showers

After 24 hours:
• You can wet them again
• Brush your brows daily with a clean spoolie
• Use a little brow oil/serum to keep them nourished
• Be gentle around the brow area

Avoid for 48–72 hours:
• Strong skincare (AHA/BHA/retinol)
• Waxing or threading
• Heavy creams on the brows
