Are you a folder or a hanger-up-ara? 🤔 🤔

Not all clothes need to be hung up. Depending on your space, experts recommend folding PJs, loungewear, and active wear. T-shirts, jeans, everyday pants, bras, underwear, and jumpers should also be folded to avoid unwanted stretching from being hung on hangers.

Are you a Hottie, a Coldie, or somewhere in between 🤔 🤔

🔵Cold water is ideal for 90% of loads. It prevents colors from fading, stops shrinkage, and saves energy.

🟣Warm water is great for synthetic blends and everyday jersey or cotton.

🔴 Hot water is best reserved for towels,
bedsheets, and heavily soiled white items to help sanitize them and remove body oils

Remember, ALWAYS let the care label on your garments dictate the temperature to use.

Don’t be fooled 🤔 🤔

Your pillow may LOOK clean but if it hasn’t washed for a few months there’s probably 1000’s of dust mites and dead skin cells hiding in it 🤢

Most pillows (cotton, down, fiberfill etc) can be machine-washed, but hand-washing with gentle detergent is best for memory foam, latex etc.

If your clothes look or feel different after being in the dryer, consider this….

Drying heavy denim items with light weight shirts, underwear etc not only takes longer but can cause smaller items to over-dry or even shrink!

Tip - seperate by weight and your clothes will stay in great condition 😉.

Not only does it protect screen-printed tees from peeling and dark colours from fading, it will reduce the annoying pilling that happens on some clothes.
