On Saturday April 18th at 2:45pm, I’ll be holding an multi-sensorial sound bath & cacao event at Pause Yoga Club — a gentle pause to reset and restore, setting new intentions under the energy of the New Moon this month.

This session is designed as a full sensory exhale.

We’ll begin with a moment to arrive through scent — using our botanical body oils as a personal ritual before sharing sacred ceremonial cacao.

A heart opening meditation, an intentional pause to ground, breathe, and connect inward, allowing the nervous system to soften and the body to feel safe and present.

From there, you’ll lie back on our mattress mats and be immersed in a flowing sound journey and shamanic drums, where frequencies move through and around you — supporting release, clarity, and deep rest.

Reiki energy will be softly woven throughout, allowing your body and energy field to receive exactly what it needs, without force.

This is a space to:
• reset your energy in a gentle, supported way
• reconnect through aroma, sound, and stillness
• unwind and regulate your nervous system
• experience a deeper sense of presence within yourself

No sharing, no pressure — just you, the sound, the scent, and the space to be.

You can arrive as you are, and leave feeling softened, clear, and quietly restored.
