What a privilege to experience the Best in Skin Awards from a different perspective this year.

Connection. Community. Courage. And a whole lot of hype-girl energy.

✨ SOUND FREQUENCY in the skin space✨

It’s been almost 2 weeks since the beautiful came to the skin space to train me in all things sound frequency therapy 🤩

This experience uses Tibetan bowls, chimes, tuning forks and vibration tools to help guide the body into the parasympathetic nervous system — our “rest & digest” state 🧘‍♀️

Why does this matter?

Because so many of us arrive to our appointments stressed, overstimulated and running on adrenaline.

Creating a space where the body feels safe enough to deeply relax allows not only the mind, but also the skin, to rest and restore ✨

This can be experienced as:
🤍 A full sound frequency facial protocol
🤍 Or incorporated into your existing treatment for an added layer of relaxation

The response so far has been so beautiful. Clients are leaving feeling calmer, lighter, grounded and saying the relaxation stays with them long after they leave 🌙

Before & After — our final skin success story of 2025 ✨

A huge transformation in just ONE month 🤍

A regular client reached out asking if I could help her friend as she could see how much she was struggling — her skin was beyond dry, flaky, painful and debilitating. She just needed help… so we started with an online skin prescription to get her going with the right home care, straight away.

🗓️ Timeline: 4 weeks
📍 Approach: Barrier repair first

Here’s what we did ⬇️

• Started with just a couple of core products
• Gradually introduced more as her skin showed it could tolerate them
• High-dose internal omega-3 support
• Two x 30-minute treatments, purely focused on inflammation reduction + nourishment
• Thank you for the barrier-restoring heroes 🙌

⚠️ The adjustment phase
About 1.5 weeks in, her skin went through the classic adjustment phase — drier, flakier, shedding.
It looked worse before it got better…
But she pushed through, and I was right there guiding her every step of the way.

✨ And then… she turned the corner ✨
• Inflammation reduced
• Barrier strengthening
• No longer reapplying moisturiser every hour
• Skin finally holding hydration

And if you look closely at the photos — there’s even a little smile in the after 🥹
