LETS TALK LASHES 🙌🏻

✨Avoid caffeine : It’s best not to consume caffeine for at least three hours before your appointment. Caffeine can make the eyes twitch and move, the stiller your lash line is the faster and easier I will be able to lash you!

✨Wear comfortable clothing : Remeber you will be lying still for an extended period of time. So you be as comfortable as possible!! Even if its your pyjamas ☺️

✨Inspiration picture : If you have a certain lash look that you are wanting, please feel free to show me a few pictures so I can achieve this for you!

✨Remove make up or oily skincare : I want to stay away from oils as it’s easier for me to apply the lash extensions to your natural lash, this creates the optimal environment for your Lashes to stick and stay nice and strong 💪🏼

✨Contact lenses : Wearing contact lenses while getting your eyelash extensions done can cause watery eyes which will make the process of the glue to attach longer and harder

Treatments from the comfort of your own home/office. I will provide everything that is needed. All you need to do is take some time out of your day to treat yourself

Good morning everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful start to your week ☀️

I just wanted to do a little post updating you all on some news.

I will be moving house very shortly and won’t be offering services from home until further notice.

I’m very excited to announce that I will be now offering mobile services so I can perform treatments in the comfort of your own home.

I will be contacting my clients personally and informing them on changes to awaken skin and body soon✨

I couldn’t thank my regulars clients enough on how supportive and amazing they have been over these three and a bit years of me working from home. I have made such beautiful connections with you all and will cherish our treatment catch ups 🤍

I can not wait to start this new beginning of mobile treatments, I’ll be in touch to work out sessions and times very shorty x

I thought I would do a little post about myself to share some of my interest and things I love doing 🙏🏼

Hi! My name is Aquinnah, owner of Awaken Skin & Body. Thank you all for the on going love and support to my small business. Sending you all so much love 💕

I love all things to do with wellness and creating a positive mindset. I am very passionate about skin and health and how to nurture the inside out. Don’t get me wrong, I have a sweet tooth but it’s all about balancing it and finding different and healthier ways to enjoy a treat 💁🏼‍♀️

I am in love with Pilates. I try and go four times a week and so far I’ve been achieving that goal. I do a yoga session at least once a week at home as well 💪🏼

I’m obsessed with my skin routine and never go to bed without doing at least a good simple routine and popping on my favourite facial oil ✨

I am a Pieces girl and definitely can day dream a lot. I also have a quiet side that I’m leaning to love about myself 💭

I am about to become a fur baby mum and I can not wait to introduce him to you all. He will be around in the next few weeks and ready for some cuddles 🐶

And lots lots more! I will continue to share with you all so you can get to know me a tad better before coming to awaken skin & body for your treatments 👐🏼
