***CANCELLATION POLICY***

Due to a large number of no shows, all clients are required to provide a 50% deposit which can be done via PayID. These details will be sent to you via message.

Your booking will then only be confirmed when you provide a screenshot of the transaction. Appointments will no longer be held with no screenshot so it is important you provide a deposit upon booking otherwise it can be booked by another client who can follow this procedure.

The deposit will go towards the total cost of your services.

This deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE, however, you can transfer this deposit to another date provided you give a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice. If less than the minimum is provided you’ll be required to pay a further deposit for your new appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment without giving notice that you won’t be able to make it you will be required to pay for your next appointment in full prior to the appointment day. Should you not show 3 times you will be black listed and no longer be allowed to book with Massage by Nik.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be turned away and you will be classified as a ‘cancellation’ and therefore you will be required to pay another deposit. Please remember this is my time and income, if you are late, cancel or don’t show I am losing valuable time. Please be courteous of myself and other clients who wish to book in appointments.

Full payment of your services is to be made at your appointment in CASH or PayID on the day. Please bring the correct cash with you.
