Today's Fun Fact Is: Protecting your skin

With the summer season apon us protecting your skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays is essential to your health and beauty.

UVA is damaging our skin all year round this is what causes a faster aging process and long-term damaging to our skin such as pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles and loss of elasticity.

UVB is what causes burning to our skin.

It is extremely important to protect our skin not just in summer but all year round as we don't see the effects of UVA until year's later long after the damage has been done.
For ladies I highly recommend that not only should you wear a makeup with an spf but to also use a spf 30+ sunscreen underneath your foundation for added protection.
