Cold weather has never done me any favours. I’ve always been a summer chickadee. Give me Vitamin D any day - especially to nourish my soul! ☀️ The cooler months also make a significant difference to how our skin looks & feels - taking a little extra effort to keep it in tip top condition. It can be especially harsh on sensitive skin.....
