I'm back from a mini online hiatus for an update on some downloads I received during my break - which I'm calling my winter biz hibernation 🐻 BIG UPDATE BELOW 🙏🏽🌼

🌿 I'm feeling called to slow the pace until the end of this frosty winter to focus on my babies and reigniting my passion for herbal remedies ~ so I may brew some new remedies and most importantly ~ consolidate my knowledge & reformulate my offerings via Wildflower & W**d 🌼

I have been deep diving research, a beautiful course and other herb nerd activities 🥸🔎🌿 Most importantly I've been listening to intuition and the guidance of the plant spirits with which I commune. I'm feeling deeply called to work differently with herbs and their many manifestations. For full transparency, I am also re-evaluating / gaining more understanding, on the use of essential oils. As well as exploring some amazing natural preservatives which enhance the shelf life and allow for more diverse remedies to be offered 🍶 I'm considering whether i even continue down this path as an online biz too, so I'm allowing the full process of awareness to unfold without pressure 🐛🦋

I'm incredibly grateful for the beautiful support and community which has slowly built around me & my one woman show 🥁 Which has held me for many moons! I am looking forward to stoking the fires within and feeling the slow burn of passion and purpose be lit up come Spring time! 🌼

Autumn update 🐝🍁🍂 After much consideration, I have decided it's time to incorporate bee medicine into my existing balms and in future salves 🐝
These salves will be coming in the next drop 🍯✨ Beeswax has many healing properties for skin, act as a natural antimicrobial and preserving element 🐝
I source my beeswax from the most wonderful beekeepers (you probably know them!) and it is lovingly extracted without chemicals and in a way which maintains the integrity of the wax and all of it's wonderful properties. The stewards of the bees who produce our wax never use chemicals or harmful methods, nor do they engage in any unnatural beekeeping methods and I feel so good supporting them and embracing this medicine! this time 5 years ago ✨ maiden me, embracing the mystery' of my babe who was "late" but who was teaching me the first great lesson of motherhood ~ each baby moves in their own time 🔮 each person moves in their own time... Nothing can truly be measured & that's why it's called Divine timing!! ✨🙏🏽 I almost completely missed this great lesson of divine mystery. I didn't know what I didn't know. I trusted outside sources before myself. The sacred was luckily upheld and reclaimed by my ability to stay in the ethereal energy of birth, stay in the magic aura of my beautiful healthy babe, I basked between worlds, to feel the power and wonder of body and spirit colliding. It is also the moment I learnt that I would never allow anyone or anything to steal my power. I'd never allow anything to pe*****te my connection to spirit or my babes, trust in my body and the divine. I mean, I still go through moments wrangling doubt and fear, but I look at my babies and myself and I'm so fu***ng proud of this journey,

✨ Happy 22•2•22 ✨ felt like a good day to drop in from the much needed break i couldn't seem to end over summer 😅
In my go go go nature, I thought I'd return much sooner, unstoppable and ready to go... Yet here I am, forced to practice what I preach honouring my health by living slowly, more intentionally and being conscious of my whole self! I welcome the spiritual level up after truly allowing healing to occur 🙏🏽💛

I am such a big believer of holistic self care ~ true rest & rejuvenation not just pampering ~ which has its place too! 🧖
Like so many, by staying 'busy' with my shop, much about my health was easily avoided... but it didn't magically disappear from my mind or body & I was able to finally address these things while I allowed myself the space to heal 💛 The shop will be opening as I slowly return to my body and creative flow gets going again! Thank you for sticking with me 🙏🏽💞
