✨ That's a wrap on our 4 x 4 x 4 Winter Challenge! ✨
What an incredible four weeks it's been.
We've watched our challengers get stronger, build healthier habits, support one another, and prove that consistency really does pay off.
Some smashed the goals they set on Day 1... while others surprised themselves by creating new challenges along the way. From stepping outside their comfort zone by choosing a different reformer every class, to trying new instructors, increasing class attendance, or simply showing up on the days they didn't feel like leaving the house; every win counts in so many ways!
We're so proud of every single person who committed to themselves over the last 4 weeks.
Now the fun begins... this week busy tallying up all the points to see who will take out this year's challenge prizes! Stay tuned for the winner announcements.

A huge congratulations to the incredible Margaret on reaching a smashing 300 Reformer Pilates classes!
When Margaret first walked through the MM doors, she was dealing with restricted shoulder movement and simply wanted to move more comfortably. Fast forward 300 classes, and she's moving with greater freedom, strength and confidence than ever before.
Not only has she embraced new challenges and progressed her Pilates practice, but she recently stepped outside her comfort zone to take part in our Winter Challenge; proving that consistent growth never has an age limit.
Margaret reminds us all that investing in your health is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. No matter where you're starting from or what stage of life you are in, it's never too early or too late to become stronger, move better, and feel your best.
Thank you, Margaret, for inspiring our entire Major Movement community with your consistency, determination, positive attitude and friendly chats. Many of our members say 'If Margaret can do it, then so can I' Here's to the next 300 and beyond!

There’s nothing better than hearing that someone has walked out feeling lighter, calmer and finally able to get the rest their body has been craving.
At Major Movement, our goal is simple:
To help you move better, feel better and create space for your body to heal and recover.
Thank you, Sandra, for trusting us and for sharing your experience. 💛
If you've been living with tension, stress, aches or restless nights, maybe it's time to put yourself on the priority list.
TREND vs REALITY | Episode 3
For once... the reality wasn't too far off the trend. 😏
Anita & Sarah took on the plank pike challenge and, we're not going to lie... they actually pulled it off pretty well!
A few laughs, a few wobbles, but plenty of core strength and determination.
F is for FASCIA
It’s not just muscle… it’s what connects everything.
Fascia is the web-like tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, joints and organs.
When it’s healthy, you move freely.
When it’s tight or restricted… everything feels stiff.
You might notice:
• That “tight” feeling that stretching doesn’t fix
• Reduced mobility
• A pulling sensation through certain movements.
At Major Movement, we use hands-on treatment + movement to restore the gliding effect throughout your entire system.
Because when fascia moves well… you move well.
✨ Feel stuck or restricted? Let’s loosen things up.

Jordan is the definition of consistency, resilience and strength. Between being an amazing mum to Billy, balancing work and everyday life, she continues to show up for herself—and it certainly shows.
We've been lucky enough to be part of her journey through pregnancy, postpartum and now into a chapter where she's stronger than ever. Every class is tackled with determination, a big smile and just the right amount of cheekiness that lights up the studio and makes everyone around her feel welcome.
Her progress hasn't happened overnight. It's been built one class at a time, one small commitment after another, proving that showing up consistently is where the magic happens.
We're so proud to celebrate this milestone with you Jords, and we can't wait to see what the next 200 classes bring.
Congratulations! Thank you for being such an incredible part of the Major Movement community. 💛💪✨

Every time you step onto the reformer, roll out your mat, go for a walk, stretch, breathe deeply, or choose to move your body, you're creating change.
Movement isn't about perfection. It's about progress.
It's about building strength when you feel weak, confidence when you feel uncertain, and resilience through life's ups and downs.
Your body was designed to move. Trust the process, honour where you're starting, and remember that even the smallest step forward is still movement.
Keep showing up for yourself and let no one else stop you. 💛

FINAL WEEK OF OUR WINTER CHALLENGE! ❄️
Can you believe we're already into Week 4? 💛
Over the past few weeks we've mixed things up with Strength, Cardio, Stretch, Breathwork, Core & Glute and Recovery-focused pop-ups, giving everyone the chance to move in different ways and challenge both body and mind.
For our Winter Challengers: You've made it to the final week! Keep showing up, finish strong and celebrate everything you've achieved so far. Every class, every breath and every small step has counted.
For our amazing non-challengers: We'd love to hear from you too!
Have you enjoyed knowing exactly what style of class you were walking into each day? Has the extra variety kept you motivated or encouraged you to try something new?
👇 Tell us in the comments:
💪 Which pop-up has been your favourite?
🔥 What would you love to see stay on the timetable?
💛 What should we bring back next season?
Let's finish winter with plenty of movement, connection and good vibes.
See you in the studio!
Every deep breath does so much more than just help you relax—it also supports your lymphatic system.
As your diaphragm moves up and down, it creates gentle pressure changes that encourage lymphatic fluid to circulate throughout the body. This is one of the many reasons slow, intentional breathing can leave you feeling lighter, calmer and more refreshed.
When life gets busy, have you noticed that you default to short, shallow breaths? Taking just a few moments to slow down and consciously breathe deeply is a simple way to support both your nervous system and your body's natural recovery processes.
✨ Try it now:
• Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds
• Exhale gently for 6 seconds
• Repeat 5 times
Your body—and your mind—will thank you.
Have you noticed how much better you feel after a Pilates class or breathwork session? That is the power of movement and breath working together. 💛
