Save this reminder before your next colour appointment 💇🏼‍♀️✨

You’ve probably heard that it’s “better” to come to your hair appointment with dirty hair… but honestly, this is one of the biggest hair myths 😂

Your hair doesn’t need to be freshly washed that morning, but ideally you want it free from heavy oils, dry shampoo, product buildup, and days of grime. All of that creates an extra barrier your colour has to work through and can affect how clean, even, and bright your final result turns out.

It also makes sectioning WAY easier for your colourist when the hair isn’t oily and sticking together 😅

So next time you’re stretching your wash day for your appointment… maybe just give it a little refresh first 🤍
