Beautiful bunch of yogis ~this pic is from my Yoga Nidra training what an amazing weekend learning all about the practice , I’m currently 18 days into a 40 day sadhana (Hindu religious training or discipline ) so everyday I’m doing 30 mins of yoga Nidra this practice is incredible I am sleeping so much better my nervous system is regulated I feel incredible I’m really connecting with my core values I am learning to understand myself better each time I practice I’m starting to go deeper almost like there is a doorway inside of me that is starting to open up and I’m being shown some deep insights about myself that Iv never known even my appetite has slowed down and I’m starting to really be much more mindful with everything , it’s amazing so many more things happening to me but this is a little anyway !! I can’t wait to one day start sharing the practice with you 🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻 namaste !! Lalita 💗

My heart is full after just holding space for 8 beautiful yogis working with Aaron was incredible and using the most amazing studio In Tyabb ! 90 min sessions are def my thing the journey is way more deeper so much more relese and surrender !! We are going to organize holding these events more regularly !! Watch out for this space !!! Yin and sound !!
