As we navigate through the reopening and scheduling please note
• We are prioritising our prebooked appointments during the lockdown period
• We will keep you updated on new bookings for existing True Colours clients as they become available over the next few months
• Our online booking system is currently turned off due to the complexity of rebooking appointments
• Please allow extra time for your appointment as the services will require extra care, time and cost
• Upon arrival, we ask that you check in, sanitise, wear a mask and have proof of your double Covid vaccination as per government guidelines
• To ensure a more relaxing and stress free appointment, our salon will be free of Covid talk

Re-opening Tuesday 20th October for Appointments

We are truly feeling your love today. Thank you so much for all your beautiful messages of support today and during the lockdown.

We are so blessed and grateful to have such a loyal True Colours family.

From Monday 19th, we will be open to take your calls to schedule appointments from Tuesday 20th.

The next two weeks are already in demand and we will do our best with some clever scheduling and extended hours to accomodate as many appointments as possible during this re-opening.

Due to the latest Government guidelines,Stage 4 Lockdown, we will be closed from Thursday 6th August for 6 weeks.

We will continue to respond to your calls regarding future appointments and reschedule the next 6 weeks pre-booked appointments.

To our True Colours Hairdressing Community,
With government messaging about “stay at home” gaining more traction, and my wish to protect our True Colours Community from the spread of COVID 19, True Colours is temporarily closing its doors after Saturday 28th March 2020 until further notice.
My team and I are grateful for the support and understanding you have given us during these unprecedented times. With our hands on our hearts, we sincerely say thank you.
To all our clients who have existing appointments, we will be in contact with you to discuss your needs and when the virus crisis passes, to reschedule your appointments in due course.

After 40 years in the Hairdressing Industry and 33 years here at True Colours in Port Melbourne, we cannot quite believe the unchartered waters we are all now in.

My team and I are committed to reopening True Colours as soon as it is deemed safe, and we will be guided by the government protocols and instructions at that future time as to what we may or may not be allowed to do in regards to operating moving forward.
