Had the lovely Sophie come visit today to get advice and tactics on how to help Fifi with her resource guarding and walking on lead. Todays walk was the most relaxing one I’ve had with her in years. (also a cute pic of George)

These 2 had a fight over a pile of their own vomit. Then Fifi has what is a suspected bee sting. Vet gave her some shots to help bring down the swelling. Now she’s being super clingy and following me everywhere.

The kids (and my mum) designed me new tshirts with drawing they did on them. They thought I’d prob just wear them as pj’s. but not sir, I love them!!! Wearing one to work today 🥰
Tried the “bark at your dog and see how they react” again with George. This time Fifi barked back me from outside. 🤣

I’ve had a s**t week. Been really stressed. Anxiety up. I have a terrible habit of forgetting about ME when I feel like this. A great friend friend reminded me about the power of music. So this morning as soon as I got out of bed I put my headphones on and music pumping. Got me up and cleaning the house, getting s**t done, feeling good. Now I’m out here doing my work outs that I should have done all fu***ng week!!!! I’m a forever work in progress. 🤨❤️💪

My house isn’t spotless, my lawns aren’t always mowed, there’s cobwebs on the fence…..but I’m so lucky to have everything I have in my life. Especially .pt and our babies 😍🥰❤️
