Have you tried anything to stimulate your vagus nerve? Personally I use an Apollo Neuro device, a Pulsetto and a tens machine, and craniosacral therapy of course.

Thanks to the easing of restrictions from tomorrow night I can now take bookings for appointments from Friday onwards. I'm also now fully vaccinated, which reduces the risk for you and me :-) Sessions will still be fully masked and in a covid-safe environment. I'm only seeing 2 people/day so get in quick! Please check regularly to make sure you haven't been to any exposure sites and of course get tested if you are even slightly unwell. I can't wait to get back to work! xx Annie
