Hey brides! This is the best way to prep for your wedding morning:

1. If exfoliating is part of your skincare routine, do this the night before your wedding - this will create the best base for your makeup the next day.

2. Apply a hydrating mask the night before your wedding, not the morning of - any hydration in the lead up to your wedding day is a big tick from me!

3. Keep the alcohol to a minimum - that stuff can make you puffy and dehydrated on your wedding day, and will affect your sleep.

4. Try and have an early night - or as early as possible with those butterflies in your tummy! Good rest will give you the energy you need the next day to power through, coz it's going to be a big one!

2. Who's in charge of the wedding morning playlist? - tunes can make or break a wedding morning. Silence can be a killer! Hot tip: Try some calm music for the early morning start, then add some more upbeat tunes/playlists as the morning progresses, but let your delegated person know what vibe you're going for 🎶

3. Who's in charge of breakfast/snacks? - you may have bought them but who's setting them up for your morning guests? 🥐

4. Who's keeping your bridal party aware of time so they're ready to go for hair & makeup at their scheduled time? - It's no fun chasing down that missing bridesmaid who's running late 😅

5. Who's in charge of tidying the kitchen/room before they get ready so you can come home to a clean house/hotel room? - This makes all the difference! 🧼

6. Who's going to be the the first one up and contact person for hair & makeup early in the morning? - this is usually the bridesmaid that's going first, unless you have a later start and everyone is up by then! ☎️

Things to ask your bridal party to do BEFORE your wedding morning:

1. Try their bra or b**b tape on with their outfit to make sure it works - it can be time consuming trying to work it out the morning of! 😅

2. If exfoliating is part of their skincare routine, remind them to do it the night before for flawless makeup application - skin will be absolutely skinning if they do this prep step 😇

3. Use a hydrating mask before bed, instead of the morning of - hydrating the night before is a game changer. Your artist can then prep their skin for makeup, knowing there won't be any nasty face mask residue there to disrupt the longevity of their look 🙏

4. If they’re choosing their own hair & makeup look, have them save inspo photos from your artists socials to show the morning of - doing this in the chair wastes precious makeup application time (which is limited already on the wedding morning!) 💄

Here's some helpful information to share with your bridal party BEFORE your wedding morning 👰‍♀

1. Send them your wedding morning schedule - so they know what time they’re needed for hair & makeup. This is very important! 🤩

2. Give them a list of things you’d like them to be in charge of on your wedding morning - this is a game changer. If you delegate tasks out now, your bridal party can spring into action on the morning of and you can relax while you're getting ready!

3. Allocate someone to be the contact person for hair/makeup and any other morning vendors - we arrive pretty early so let someone else help us with directions if we get stuck 🗺

4. Are you choosing their hair & makeup look? Let them know what it is - prep your bridal party to ask for the style you're after so they don't go rogue 😅

5. Remind them to bring their touch up products - especially a lip colour, but powder is also a great idea to manage shine before photos ⭐
