Twelve years ago, aesthetic medicine was all about volume, fullness, and the so-called “baby face.”

At that time, I never fully agreed with that approach, which is why I rarely recommended excessive filling treatments.

Over the years, our industry has evolved tremendously.

And I gradually found the aesthetic philosophy that truly resonates with me:

Today, I’d like to share a few things I’ve learned along the way.

First, when it comes to volumising treatments, I prefer subtle refinement rather than changing someone’s original facial structure.

Years ago, many people believed that filling every hollow area would make a face look younger.

But what I’ve learned is this:
The most elegant and timeless faces usually keep their own character and individuality.

Small adjustments can enhance your features.

But we should be careful not to erase the bone structure and facial identity that make us unique.

Because true beauty is never about looking like someone else.

It’s about becoming the best version of yourself.

Second, collagen-stimulating treatments are not about simply making the face look fuller.

They should help the skin return to a softer, healthier, more youthful state.

Why does young skin look beautiful?

Not because it is thicker. But because it is soft, smooth, and resilient.

These days, I pay far more attention to the quality of the skin itself.

the entire face appears lighter, fresher, and more natural.

Third, anti-ageing treatments are not simply about hiding wrinkles.

People often ask:

“How do I treat my nasolabial folds?”

“How do I get rid of crow’s feet?”

But to me, these are only the results of ageing.

What really deserves attention is skin quality, tissue ageing, and overall facial health.

When the underlying tissues improve, and the skin becomes healthier, many expression lines naturally soften.

Anti-ageing is not about fighting wrinkles. It is about restoring vitality.

After twelve years in aesthetic medicine, I’ve come to believe one thing.

The best result is not when someone says,
“You look ten years younger.”
