Been a bit quiet of late, apologies for that and for the image attached to this post, not my finest shot nor graphic design attempt… but… important question for you… what does self-care look like for you right now?
For me, it was a meditation session with Breathe with Geri followed by a hot chocolate and piece of cake. The hot chocolate I made pales in comparison to the ones my dad make, but I tried my best.

I have 2 pieces of advice for all you lovely people.
