I want to thank everyone for an incredible 2022. ‘Twas equal parts one of the most challenging and rewarding years of my life. Learning how to be a Mum and run a biz at the same time was hard AF 😅

Like many of us I don’t always have time to cut a video together, edit, sound, captions etc to increase the ol’ algorithms. While I do LOVE creating vids, us creatives can sometimes feel a bit dictated to/restricted if we aren’t following the exact rules to ALWAYS ONLY post reels accordingly with fear each post isn’t meeting criteria OR ELSE you will be digitally buried and so will your biz. It’s a bit dramatic yo!
It also sometimes means that these beauties get left behind.
I’m still a huge fan of using all the mediums to showcase work. It’s an online portfolio of sorts and a way of helping people get to know what I’m about. I’ve also noticed how annoying it is for clients to show me something I’ve done that they like and having to screen shot it mid vid or worse, try to pause it in the consultation. Eeeesh! So for old times sake, here’s a photo.

Hey friends!

Well, isn’t this year the end of this year is flyyyyyying?! I wanted to pop by to mention that bookings for the remainder of the year/pre Xmas are now very limited. If you haven’t already booked your hair in please do so asap! I will try my very best to accommodate everyone, however, the sooner the better yada yada etcetera etcetera!

I am also excited to say that I will finally be taking a well deserved break to give my mind/body a rest and spend time with Frankie and the fam 🥰 👶

I will be away ALL of January then back in Feb 2023. I recommend getting your Feb appointment in as well as there will be a bit of a backloggins!

This year has been the most CHALLENGING YEAR OF MY LIFE! no jk.
So before I render myself completely useless I thought I’d better properly reboot the ol system so to speak to try to come back shiny and new! 💻

Friends! I am sitting here trying to keep it together because I had lunch with Wendy Iles.
She is supremely inspiring and utterly a powerhouse.
Most of the things she said all I could respond to was “wow” haha but really, she is a wealth of knowledge and has been around the block more than a few times.
She was generous enough to not only speak with me in depth about the genesis of her revolutionary product ‘Iles Formula’ she also took me down memory lane about her time on the floor with THE Vidal Sassoon, Paris life, jet setting her way through coiffed Hollywood and her heart in Tasmania. Pinch me now moment!
I feel a new spring in my step and different energy in my hands to bring you more elevated hair through her products and drawing on her knowledge as my inspiration.

The Bold and the beautiful!

Having fun with Kirtana paneling this beautiful head of hair.

We decided to go BOLD with this money piece yet play around with a natural colour!

Just like a good series, it is something cool and dramatic that leaves you wanting more... 🎭

One to remember!

Tone it!

Sometimes all your balayage needs in between appointments is a refresher!

It revives the colour and gives you them fresh feels without having to sit in the chair for hours!

This colour is a throw back to the last lockdown. Beautiful needed her colour to match the extensions for her tea ceremony.

So I got Jo to send me a picture of her current colour and the extensions.

I mixed up her toner to D.I.Y at home and we nailed it! Go team!
