Unsurprisingly, the Stache approach to colour and cutting is natural and minimal. We
embrace low maintenance styles – it all links back to our ethos of creating hair for the
everyday. Think colour that’s elevated, yet easy to maintain and cuts that fit seamlessly into
our client’s lifestyles. Put simply, we love to create hair that’s personalised for you. We’re first and foremost colour specialists, with balayage and blonde colouring what we’re
renowned for. Our directional and brilliant bleach work creates vibrant blondes, without
compromising the integrity of our customer’s hair. At Stache, we specialise in all aspects of hair cutting but we’re primarily about providing a
service without the fluff and pretension that often comes with hairdressing. We love cutting
with the hair’s natural form and embracing its texture – often known as dry cutting. Our
cutting repertoire includes everything from razor cutting and curly hair to shags and mullets. OUR SPACE
Our minimal and sleek salon is conveniently located on Lygon Street, Brunswick East. Stache is tucked away, in a private setting away from the hustle and bustle of the street (you
won’t even find us unless you know where to look). The space boasts an open plan, light-
filled loft-style interior that merges art with hair – sit back and relax with refreshments from
St. Ali Coffee and tea by our friends MAYDE, Byron Bay. We’re a pet-friendly salon, so when
you drop in, you’re likely to meet one of our cute salon pooches. And as long as your dog is
well behaved, you’re welcome to bring them along to your appointment too. OUR APPROACH TO SUSTAINABILITY
We are a sustainable, zero-waste business with a low carbon footprint – we recycle 100% of
all salon waste, in a conscious effort to reduce our environmental impact.
