2015年から皆様にご愛顧頂きました当店は、2021年2月28日をもちまして、閉店する運びとなりました。

急なお知らせとなりました事をお詫び申し上げると共に、オープンより多くのお客様にご愛顧いただきましたことを心より御礼申しあげます。

ディレクターの藤田修平は本店があるクイーンズランドへ移動となりますが、3-4ヶ月に一度1-2週間の期間でメルボルン出張を予定しております。

Dear valued customers,

we would like to inform that we are closing our store on 28th/February/2021.

We would like to apologize for the sudden notification and we would like to thank all of customers who have been visiting our store.

Director stylist, Shuhei, will go back to the Brisbane branch after then. However, we are projecting to conduct business trip every 3~4 months for 1~2 weeks each time to Melbourne with Shuhei to have hairdressing appointment.

However, due to the financial impact we have experienced by coronavirus, we will be increasing our price for $5 for all menus.

Dear valued customers,

We hope you have been well and getting through this unforeseen circumstance.

We are planning to re-open our store from 28th of April.

The first appointment will be starting from 10:00 am and the last appointment will be starting from 5:00pm for haircut and 4:00 pm for chemical menu.

We will only serve haircut and colouring (bleach and foils unavailable, whole hair and regrowth available) until further notice have been released.

Regarding to the re-opening of our store, we will serve with minimal staff members to each customer due to prevention of infection of COVID-19.

The appointment will be taken only from messages (Facebook or instagram) until 28th / April after 28th, Appointment will be only on the phone call.

Hi , This is Shu from gem hair by glams

We have decided to temporarily close store from 30th March Monday.

Due to the government limitations and consideration of health and safety of our valued customers, staffs and all people involved in our salon, we have considered it would best choice to temporarily close the store.

We are still uncertain about the date to re-open our store. A further update will be announced through social media with Instagram and Facebook.

We will be missing you for a short period. However, we will use this time to deliver superior customer experience when we re-open our store.
