This achievement means more than just a piece of paper it's a reflection of the late nights, the sacrifices, the self doubt I pushed through, and the mindset I chose every single day.
With dedication, determination, and a strong mindset, I proved to myself that anything is possible and achievable no matter your background, age, or where you started. This journey has shown me the power of believing in yourself and never settling. This is just the beginning!!!

It's time to officially announce it here. Six months ago, I made the decision that I needed a change. After 21 years in hairdressing 13 of those running my own business, from owning a salon to moving it into my home. I’ve decided to close that chapter. Hairdressing will always hold a special place in my heart. I loved making my clients feel amazing, and I’m so grateful for the incredible people I met along the way, many of whom have turned into lifelong friends.

However, my journey in hairdressing has come to an end, and I’ve stepped into something completely new, and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made. Six months ago, I joined a Women in Construction program, and I absolutely love it! I’m currently studying my Certificate III in Civil Construction (Plant Operations) on a big build project while also completing my Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, which I finished just recently.

This new path has shown me that it’s never too late to follow your dreams or challenge yourself. I wasn’t great in school and never thought I could study, but with dedication and determination, I’ve proven to myself that anything is possible.

To all my amazing clients, thank you for your loyalty, trust, and support over the years. I’ve truly enjoyed being part of your lives and helping you feel your best. While I’m no longer in hairdressing, the memories and connections we’ve shared will always stay with me. Thank you for being part of my journey I’m so excited for this new chapter, and I hope it inspires you to chase your own dreams, too. Please feel free to continue to follow me and my journey.
