💦CLEANSING THE SKIN💦
I can't stress enough the importance of cleansing our skin but without stripping it completely.

💧Do not use a cleanser that is too harsh for your skin.
💧Limit physical scrubs or cleansers with scrubs to only ONCE a week. (i know it feels amazing but you are creating micro tears that will wreak havoc on your skin in the long term)
💧 If you wear makeup, it is important to double cleanse the skin (2 step method of cleansing)
💧 Choose a cleanser that has lots of humectants and moisturizers that will protect the acid mantle and barrier of the skin.

Having good skin is 50% of the work done in the morning if you wear makeup!
