In 2026 the BS is going OUT with trash.

No prophet, teacher, guru or institution needing YOU to need THEM serves God.

The current of creation is inherently yours. You have earned your own connection with source the MOMENT you were conceived.

Now, of course, wisdom teachers are needed to guide the way. You want a travel guide if you’re on a safari through Africa, yes?

But the guide is not a stand-in for your direct experience of your inner divinity. No. F**k that.

YOU are the ray of the eternal sun. You need to clear your perception and attunement. Not another guru.

True Shadow Work doesn’t really deal with big emotional displays.

The suppressed rage,
The stuffed libido,
The hidden desires,
The secret taboos,

None of that is by default our Shadow.

The Shadow, as Jung spoke about it, was more like an inner villain, whose existence has been made inferior by the conscious self.

It is not ONE emotion, or ONE set of behaviours.

The Jungian Shadow is a complex.
It’s a living, independent force, that exists within every human,
It can make decisions completely outside of the conscious mind’s control.

Trauma or not.

It is not the “bad” part of you, it is the OPPOSITE you.

The you that is everything that you wish you never would be.

The difference is seen clearly when the conscious self encounters The Shadow vs the Wounded Inner Child (or any other part).

When meeting the shadow:

The ego often becomes annoyed, frustrated, cold, judgemental, superior, distanced, dismissive. And yes, this happens even to the most empathetic, self-aware people out there.

When meeting the wounded inner child:

The ego often feels grief, hurt, anger, fear, terror, anxiety and eventually compassion, care and love.

These are two completely different experiences.

Trauma healing is about creating safety in our own body and mind.

Shadow work is about creating equality and integration between our lowest human nature and our highest wisdom.

Shadow work is archetypal work. The shadow is very similar in most humans.

Trauma healing is personal. It is about you and your story.

Unless the initiation of someone’s soul path had them standing face to face with either madness, extreme suffering or death, they either haven’t answered their calling fully or being a medicine carrier just isn’t their path.

I refuse to be soft or gentle about this.

This path requires RESPECT.

For the true elders who sacrificed everything to be of service.

For the people who truly went mad and fought their way back to divine sanity.

For those who were exiled, rejected, killed, humiliated, taken advantage of.

For those who got possessed.

And for those who didn’t make it.

You do NOT choose this path. It chooses you.

And it is brutal. And beautiful.

A weekend retreat won’t get you there.

Not even a 12 month container.

It’s a soul vocation that will devour you fully, not a career you choose.

The women I work with are TRULY on the path.

They are CALLED by God, by their bodies, in their dreams, in their tears for humanity, in their love for nature, for earth.

They carry songs, stories and symbols that are still unexpressed.

The unfortunate thing is we have lost the systems of true initiation and the old stories, no longer applies fully to our modern life.

My grandmothers were Forest Finns, feared by the Swedes for their wizardry, spells and animistic beliefs.
My path has been clear since I was 5 years old and I was visited by an elder in a dream.
In other words, I come from a line of women who carry the gift.
