Dry-needling is a modality where hair-line fine single use needles are inserted into the superficial muscle tissue for the purpose of pain relief. Best results are obtained when combined with remedial massage and corrective exercises. Talk more with your myotherapist or physio. Useful for lower back pain, postural tension in upper shoulders or cervicogenic (neck pain).

Premium artisan body butter. I make it myself. Base of shea butter & almond oil. I don’t use greasy massage oils that leave my clients feeling like a battered fish n chip.

Kinesiology taping post myo treatment to assist with neck & shoulder pain. Neck n shoulders feeling a bit crunchy? Book in for a treatment 🙌.

I’ve come across a few interesting tattoos in my time as myo but, never quite like this one. A proud Dad, whose 4 year daughter is obviously a budding artist 👩‍🎨

First day back 2022: a client drops in a tray of roast stuffed vegetables out of their garden as a thank you for doing a last min treatment before Christmas!!! What a kind gesture: thanks mate so blessed 🙏🙏🙏
