Hiiii guys 🙋🏼‍♀️ been a while! As all of my beautiful regulars know, my life looks very different now compared to 6 months ago. Becoming a full time carer for a family member, hitting emotional & physical burnout = huge lack of activity in my business.
Due to these changes, as of the 30th of July I’ll no longer be working from Milton. I’ll be taking a little bit of time off to try & reset then reassess when things are a little more streamlined in my personal life.
I will be working from home for those who do see me at this location, hours will just be limited.
Thank you SO much to those who’ve supported me since arriving in Milton 12 months ago, I’ve been so blessed to meet so many amazing women (& men) and grateful for the connections I’ve made 🥰

I’m so on the infrared sauna bandwagon now that I’ve been using it everyday for a couple of weeks. My sleep, skin & inflammation in my body has all improved already - will report back in another month & see what else it can do for me!
