We may look a little exhausted this week but at least our clients are looking fab AF 🤪

I never do this but I am absolutely over rude, abusive, inconsiderate people so it's time I expose the truth. I have been booking this client who also was a family friend for months . She never paid on time but due to knowing her and her situation I was flexible with her and she always ended up paying a couple of days later which is no issue at all. A couple of weeks ago I did her lashes & she also purchased a gift box made by my mum totalling $175, she asked if she could pay the Friday, of course because I'm such a RUDE person as stated below I said no problems. It got to the following Wednesday and I sent her a friendly reminder to which I then get back a 3 page message about some problems she was having. I didnt reply because I have been anaemic and I'm finding if I don't respond right away I forget plus being so close to Christmas there is lot going on. Fast forward to the weekend when both my mum and I receive abusive messages when neither of us have said anything to this person. The next day I did write back, I believe my message was nice enough and then today I wake to several abusive messages again. And I've done nothing to this person but be flexible with booking her in even going in earlier to fit her in ect.. I struggle with anxiety and have been very anaemic it's a busy tough time of year and my mother and grandmother both have covid. Please be kind to people. Something like this could push someone over the edge. Thank God I'm leaving this toxic industry. Anyone in the beauty industry I would not book this person if you want the name please message me.
