As many of you know, I’ve been working hard behind the scenes towards becoming a nurse. Recently, I was successful in obtaining a Ruson role at both the Traralgon and Warragul hospitals. Juggling these new roles, hairdressing, full time study at Uni and being a Mum/Wife means something has to give…

I’ll be cutting my salon hours right back. Moving forward, I only have the capacity to offer one day per week - which will be a Thursday!

If you have an existing appointment, don’t panic - There will be a transition period, but any new appointments from now will be booked on a Thursday.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, and I feel tremendous guilt about it. However, it’s one that feels right as I fully transition into this next chapter of life.

A quick update for my current clients :)

From the 13th of October, there will be a small increase in my service prices. This isn’t a decision I’ve made lightly — as a small, home-based business, I’ve done my best to keep my prices steady for as long as possible. (I think you all know by now I'm a people pleaser and always do my best to benefit you.)

However, with the rising costs of supplies and running expenses, this change is needed to keep offering the same level of quality and time that you all deserve.

I enjoy bringing new products and tools to the salon for you to enjoy and experience, and this is something I don't want to skimp on.

I just wanted to let my clients know that I will be away from 13/01 until 01/02/2025. I won’t be able to be contacted at this time so I will reply to all messages when I return.

Secondly the hours I work in salon will be changing at times and this is out of my control due to uni placement and exams. I really appreciate everyone’s flexibility with this.

I will also be cutting back my hours starting with Saturday’s, Saturday appointments are still available but I will only be offering one Saturday a month.
