Well what a crazy time it has been…. I know this has been a difficult time for most of us, but to know there is an end in sight is so refreshing and exciting…… I’m just posting to my wonderful loyal clients and anyone else out there, to see if you wanted to be on my “ contact list “ to rebook when we can.

Ok, so ........ to say this week was a challenge is an understatement!
On Monday I embarked on a little 4 day detox with the incredible Tania, from Newport Yoga Centre. The mornings started with a run on the beach to watch the sunrise, followed by a dip in the ocean. Tania then took me through a 1.5 hour one on one class in her incredible home. My god it was hard!
Yoga, is and will continue to be something that I find really challenging and pushes me completely out of my comfort zone.( put me in a boxing ring any day over a yoga mat! )
Tania guided me through the 4 day with the most beautiful meals and her amazingly warm support.
I can honestly say, I feel so much better!
Thankyou Tania for you love , support and you incredible gift of teaching.

Well, what a crazy crazy time it’s has been for so many of us!

Well, where do I start.......💖💖💖
We finally have a place to call home ....... first night tonight and I can not believe how lucky we both are to have to most incredible family
And supportive friends that had helped us in this wild journey......... it has been a long time coming and I thank my beautiful client / friend Jenny McGowen for being such an incredible woman and giving us a chance!!! Thankyou to my family especially mum and dad for giving us a home for the past 3 years and making life so easy....... when it could have been so hard......
