We had to say goodbye to our old mate Cougar yestersay 18yrsold😭 His Cancer had taken over and was consuming his body. He had a good life. He is now at peace. Rest easy my ole friend✨️

Hi everyone.😊 I hope you are well, or got over the sore throat and aches that seem to be going around.🙏
I am currently helping a fellow therapist for another few weeks while they recover from a broken ankle. I am working Mobile and from home. So appointments are quite limited at the moment. So if you are in need of a treatment, let me know sooner rather than later so I can fit you in🙏

4 years ago I thought I was ready to study a Diploma in Holistic Counselling. I was sooooo not ready.
This week I have signed up again and start on Saturday this week. I feel very different this time round. Im ready to face the triggers that had me run last time. Work through them and process.
