As you may be aware the Therapeutic Goods of Australia (TGA) has announced new regulations surrounding advertising in the injectable industry. These regulations primarily focus on Prescription only medication, the names we use and the mode of delivery.
Certain terms that we were permitted to use have been retracted.
Before and After photos that show improvements that suggest prescription medication has been used are no longer permitted.
We also are no longer allowed to disclose prices on websites or social media platforms
These rules apply to everyone, skin specialists, Hairdressers, beauticians, Drs, Nurses.
So Advertising from my end may seem a little vague at times but I’m guessing by now you all know my what I do ! The best way to discuss your skincare options and treatment plan is to come in for a free consultation where we can openly discuss everything.
These changes make it now even harder to advertise my work and what I do, so word of mouth referrals from any of my beautiful happy clients is always very much appreciated.🫶
