Therefore, to change the appearance of the outside, one must look at all parts as a sum of the whole, making small, incremental changes to get the desired result. You opt to just turn up to the gym when the desire hit you, without a plan, walk around, talk to some people, do a little bit of this, a little bit of that and hope for the best. However, the best results are often gained when you make the commitment to get a PT, who will find your baseline, then make a plan that covers weight training, cardio, nutrition and rest. A good PT will then schedule your sessions, motivate and encourage you, and finally will track your progress month to month. It's up to to turn up, train in between sessions and ensure your nutrition and rest are on point. Similarly, this is the approach we like to take at Skin Genesis in our Beautiful Skin Programs. Each treatment is bespoke - which means no two plans will be exactly alike. The products we start you on, may be the same, but they will change once your skin has acclimatised to the product range. Each client will require varying levels of nutrition, exercise or de-stressing advice and each client's skin will respond individually to the treatments provided. We are so passionate about getting your skin looking it's best and you to the stage where you don't need to wear make up (or a beard for our male clients) to "cover" any lines, scarring, pigmentation or dullness, don't be alarmed if your treatment plan has more than just a skin care regime contained within it.
