We call this enlightenment, with a twist...

Thank you so much Sea Sea Hotel for bringing this vision into reality, with a highly informative education in the finer points of a very good martini. Gin or vodka, dirty, wet or dry, one olive or three, a twist. We explored the art of the martini with the same dedication usually reserved for self-improvement.

Technique - always priority, as is good taste. Saucy, the resident F&B manager absolultely nailed it!

And that closes the final chapter of our Sea Sea weekend 🙏🏼

THE GOOD WEEKEND VOL II: Movement ✨ Some effort, some surrender + an opt-OUT attitude.

A cultivated life needs room to move... Why complicate it? We know we need strength, support for the heart, mobility. Movement supports sleep + put simply, makes us feel good. Providing all of the above in a group setting? Even better!

At The Good Weekend, that took the form of Pilates, yoga, yin + horse riding on the beach. Different tempos, different demands. Everyone was welcome to move through their day at their own rhythm.

THE GOOD WEEKEND VOL I: Music 🎶

Music has a direct relationship with how we feel. It can soothe us, energise us, bring back a memory or make us feel connected to others. Our nervous systems respond to rhythm, sound + the experience of being together.

There is something valuable in making room for a live vinyl DJ, sound bath + kick arse playlists!

Joy deserves space in our lives. And music is one of the best ways I know to find it!
