We seek to offer $10 affordable & time achievable classes are located looking over the water above blue door cafe Merewether beach 1st Saturday each month
Beginning mid Oct 2013, Adamstown Yoga opts for a BYO mat concept. Mats are available for sale for $25 each incl bag. This concept encourages participants to take their mat home and incorporate 1 or 2 stretches into their rest days. I believe it is also more hygienic and helps reduce set up, cleaning and pack up time for our classes. New beginners on their first visit are an exception. First in be
Evening all,
Due to work commitments this Saturday and the fact that class has been extremely quiet with only one or none participants, I've decide to just give it a complete rest until I can offer a more consistent practice- once a month just isn't working and I don't blame it or anyone for that!
People will only get busier with Xmas approaching, so for now no more class on the first Saturday of the month until I can hopefully work out something better in 2017!

So it is just over a week till class again, and I'm sure you are all sick of this rain!
I'm going to trial something a little different starting next Saturday (3rd October) - as the weather will get a little warmer and it is nice (& easier) to get up early and start the weekend with yoga then go off and do all the other things we enjoy to do- with it not being too late into the morning...
So, I am going to run a power yoga class starting 7.15am - 45 mins duration. This class will just flow a little more but not too many changes!!!

So sorry for late notice! Enjoy a cosy morning in tomorrow and perhaps try and do some stretches after a hot bath if you can!!!

REMINDER!
There is no yoga this first Saturday as I am in Melbourne!!!
