During several family tragedies, accidents and illnesses recently I have been developing a new inner dialogue. For me The Three S's have become my holding pattern in moments of crisis. It is 'Stay Steady Sherynne'.

What I now know best is... What will be, will be! Life can be like surfing the ebbs and flows of the ocean whether it be calm or wild and tumultuous. At times, even treacherous.
