Elise is our amazing new therapist. She is now offering Reflexology here at Wellbeing massage. I have personally had a session with her and found it extremely helpful with some tummy troubles i was experiencing. I left feeling very relaxing.
Reflexology is a gentle and effective healing art designed to bring about greater overall health and wellbeing.
What is Reflexology?
During the treatment, you may experience a relaxing or meditative state – as I systematically work reflex areas on the feet.
Stimulating these reflex points is a way of tapping into and enhancing the body’s natural ability for self-healing.
Your reflexology treatment is followed by a revitalising massage of calves and feet.
Treat yourself to happy feet and maintain balance of mind, body and spirit.
Go online and book in with Elise for this amazing treatment, your feet and body will thank you.

We now have an Infrared Panel to add into our Wellness room... The benefits are amazing to the body....
* 590nm – Helps even skin tone and reduce redness
This wavelength targets surface-level inflammation, helping calm visible redness and support a more balanced complexion. It also encourages cellular repair, contributing to smoother, clearer-looking skin.
* 630nm – Collagen & Skin Smoothness
penetrates slightly deeper into the skin, where it may encourage natural collagen production. This can support smoother-looking skin, reducing the visible signs of fine lines and aging. It’s widely recognised for promoting a more youthful complexion.
* 660nm – Renewal & Irritation Support
is a key red light wavelength known to promote skin renewal at a cellular level. It may assist in calming minor skin irritations and supporting the body’s natural repair processes. Many use it for its visible benefits to skin health and vitality.
* 810nm – Circulation & Energy
Near-infrared light penetrates deeper into the body and is often associated with supporting healthy circulation. Better circulation may promote natural energy and overall vitality. It’s frequently used by those looking to feel more energised and balanced.
* 830nm – Stiffness & Relaxation
known for reaching deeper tissues, where it may help ease feelings of stiffness. Many people find it beneficial for promoting comfort in areas prone to long-term tension. It can support relaxation and overall physical wellbeing.
*850nm – Muscle & Joint Support
widely studied for its role in supporting muscles and joints. It may assist with recovery after activity and promote comfort in daily movement. Many active adults and older users find it helpful for maintaining mobility.
*940nm – Deep Tissue Comfort
penetrates the deepest of the wavelengths, where it may assist with soothing tissues and reducing the feeling of inflammation. It supports the body’s natural repair processes at a deeper level. This makes it a valued wavelength for overall wellness and recovery.
