My most intense anxious habit is biting my nails, and annoyingly enough almost everything I love doing (audio engineering, reading, playing music, all my jobs, wearing dope rings, patting puppies and touching ) means I look at my hands frequently. Nothing makes me feel worse than seeing a reminder of my anxiety in everything I do and while it probably seems silly to some, having my nails done makes me feel less like an anxious piece of s**t and more like a badass.
I am always so impressed with the work of the beautiful folk at and they have no idea the positive impact the care and love they put into what they do has on my mental health. Thankyou for always giving me the magical claws of my dreams and finding new ways to fulfill my request for black, spooky nails 🖤🦇🤘🏼
