Once you begin the journey of Motherhood, it's easy to get lost in meeting the expectations and needs of everyone around you. You're the CEO of the house and you decide how to nourish and keep your family happy and healthy. You'll do everything within your power to create the perfect environment for your family to thrive. But there is so much to do, and you feel pulled and stretched in so many directions. Not to mention the sleep deprivation which pushes you to your edge. It's overwhelming, and often leads to resentment building up within and depletion.

It's NOT meant to be this way. They say "it takes a village", because it DOES. Once upon a time it was a collective community responsibility to raise children. Mothers would gather together, share their wisdom and experiences and support each other.

Hi, I'm Natalie Wild-Bell. Mama to Apollo (and fur baby Happy), wife to Thor. I'm a certified holistic health coach and co-founder of Greene Street Juice Co. From busy homes to executive offices, for over a decade I've been supporting health-conscious go-getters to kick unhealthy habits, lose weight, gain more mental clarity, increase energy, maximise overall well-being & transform their lives. But the highest purpose of life revealed itself when Apollo arrived Earth side.

Divine Mama, I know you feel me. There are no words to describe the depths of the heart expanding love of birthing a new soul into this world. And the equal measures of surrender, patience, energy and compassion that Motherhood requires of you. It's the greatest role of your life and it comes with the greatest responsibility.
