Rooted in the nervous system, guided by breath, and informed by the chemistry of touch. We create experiences that move beyond the surface, into spaces of calm, renewal, and transformation.

Through exclusive events, workshops, collaborations, and education, we offer women a softer way to heal. Physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Lumira is a sanctuary to be held, to exhale, and to return to the quiet radiance within.
