The wait is over... Face Up bookings are officially open. πŸ–€

After months of advanced training and refining every detail, Face Up has arrived at Tiana Kara Studio.

This isn't a facial. It's a whole-body method that works with your fascia, lymphatic system, posture, breathing, and nervous system to help release tension and support a naturally refreshed appearance.

I've opened a limited number of introductory appointments to celebrate the launch. Once they're gone, pricing will increase and availability will become much more limited.

Comment FACE UP and I'll send you all the details. πŸ–€

Left alone, your body can take up to 3 months to rebuild its lymphatic drainage pathways after surgery.

That's up to three months of swelling, tightness, and excess fluid while your body heals.

Lymphatic drainage helps support your body's natural fluid movement during recovery, improving comfort and helping manage post-surgical swelling. Every treatment is tailored to your procedure, healing stage, and individual needs.

You invested in your surgery, don't overlook your recovery.

Comment RECOVER and I'll send you my post-op recovery timeline so you know exactly when to start.

You've spent months planning your surgery.
Don't leave your recovery to chance.

After procedures like liposuction, a tummy tuck, or a BBL, swelling and fluid build-up are a normal part of healing as your lymphatic system adapts.

For many people, post-operative lymphatic support may begin within the first 24–72 hours, if their surgeon has cleared them. Starting at the right time can help support your body's natural fluid movement and recovery.

Every recovery plan I create is tailored to your procedure, your surgeon's recommendations, and your stage of healing.

Comment RECOVER and I'll send you my post-op recovery timeline.

Always follow your surgeon's advice regarding when to begin post-operative treatments.

If your stomach feels hard, tight or lumpy after liposuction, you're not broken and you're not alone. It has a name. Fibrosis.

When the lymphatic channels are disrupted during surgery, fluid and scar tissue bind together under the skin. Left alone, it firms up and sets. That's the lump you can feel.

Here's the better news. With regular lymphatic drainage, most clients start to feel it softening within four to six weeks. It moves. It smooths. It slowly comes back to feeling like you again.

Swipe through for the recovery timeline I use with my post-op clients, then save this for the stage you're at.

The clients who book in early are the ones who get the smoothest results. Comment SCULPT and I'll talk you through where to start.

Booking one lymphatic massage after surgery is like going to the gym once and expecting abs.

Your recovery doesn't happen in a single appointment.

After surgery, your body is dealing with inflammation, swelling, reduced movement and disrupted lymphatic pathways. That's why one session may help you feel better, but it won't support the entire healing process.

Every treatment builds on the last. As your body changes week by week, your treatment should change with it.

That's why I create personalised recovery plans instead of booking "just one massage."

Recovery isn't a one-off appointment.

It's a process.

Comment RECOVER if you'd like me to help map out the right post-op plan for your surgery.

If you've just had surgery... don't wait until the swelling gets worse.

A quick, honest update. πŸ–€

I only take a limited number of post-op clients each month because recovery isn't something I rush.

Every client receives an individual treatment plan, ongoing assessments, and treatments that adapt as their body heals. That's why I never overbook my recovery diary.

The first few weeks after surgery are when your body needs the most support. Early treatment can help manage swelling, reduce pressure, and encourage healthy lymphatic flow throughout your recovery.

I only have a handful of recovery appointments left this month.

Comment RECOVER or send me a DM and I'll help you find the best place to start.

The biggest post-op mistake I keep seeing?
Women choosing therapists who don't understand post-surgical lymphatic drainage.

After surgery, lymphatic pathways can be affected. Yet I often hear clients say they've had treatments with too much pressure or fluid being pushed in the wrong direction.

Post-op recovery isn't the same as regular lymphatic massage. It requires an understanding of surgery, healing timelines, lymphatic anatomy, and how to safely redirect fluid when normal pathways have been disrupted.

Your recovery deserves more than guesswork.

Research who you're trusting with your body.

Comment RECOVER if you need help finding the right post-op support.

Want to know what's actually inside the TK Methodβ„’ Lymphatic Massage Course?

I didn't create this course to give you more theory.

I built it so you can confidently treat real clients.

Inside, you'll learn my complete TK Method from start to finish, post-op protocols, how to assess each client's recovery stage, contraindications to keep you and your clients safe, treatment planning, and the business strategies I use to build a fully booked clinic.

Everything I teach is exactly what I use in my own treatment room every day.

The goal isn't just to finish the course.

It's to finish feeling confident enough to start taking bookings.

Doors open soon.

Comment WAITLIST and you'll be first to know.

Your body can take up to 3 months to clear post-surgical fluid on its own.

Surgery creates inflammation, swelling, and changes to the normal flow of the lymphatic system.

When my clients come in, I assess the procedure they've had, how recently they've had surgery, and where they are in their recovery. I understand lymphatic pathways and how to encourage fluid to move through alternative routes when normal pathways have been disrupted.

The goal isn't to force fluid out.

It's to reduce pressure, support healthy flow, improve comfort, and help your body recover more efficiently.

Recovery is more than time.

It's having the right plan.

Booking your post-op drainage?
Read this first, so you get it right the first time.

If you are about to book your recovery sessions, here is how to make sure you choose well, whoever you go to.

Ask when they start post-op, ask how many sessions they recommend and why, ask whether they understand your specific procedure. The right answers sound like a plan, not a single appointment.

This is exactly how I work, and it is why my clients get the results you have seen this month. If you would like that, let's get you booked while there is still room this month.

Comment SCULPT and I'll send you my availability as we are nearly fully booked for the next 3 months already.
