This month, for every new client that I fit $10 will be donated to charity organisations in Australia and New Zealand that directly support female advancement and well-being. So, in this optimistic spirit I'm encouraging all of the women I know to pay it forward and reach out to friends, family and colleagues to get fitted for a truly feel good cause. Together we can help spark further conversation and progress for women's equality and contribute to integral support services in family violence prevention.

Despite wearing them everyday, most women don't really know what to look for in bras. There are a number of types to choose from: push up styles offer extra volume for smaller bust sizes, contour bras offer a light layer of foam for ni**le coverage without additional size, while soft cups have no padding at all and provide a natural shape. What's right for you depends on your size as well as your personal preferences. In a bra fitting I talk you through the different styles and find solutions that will work for you.
