I have had the best time away, to rest my mind, recharge and prepare for a brand new year.

I have some exciting goals and ambitions for the new year and can’t wait to watch it all unfold.

I can not wait to bring my new skills and all I have learnt into the salon for my clients benefit.

Iv had a heap of new followers recently so i thought it might be nice to introduce myself and tell you a little about how I got here.
Firstly Welcome, it’s great to have you here!

I’m Katie,

I have been in the beauty industry for over 13 years.
And have had my own little studio at home for around 11-12 years;
It’s hard to tell really, this journey came about so organically and really by accident.

I started out with a tanning space within a salon in town, did my studies alongside and then this was my side hustle for years while I worked full time in a corporate role.

I just loved beauty so much i worked every afternoon/night after my day job as it really filled my cup and lit me up.
fast forward to when I had kiddies, it just made sense to make this my main gig and I finally got to make what was my fun time my full time income.
HOW LUCKY AM I!!!

These days, I work 4 day weeks, spent with some of my favourite people in my clients, because let’s face it after years of services every few weeks it’s more a friendship than anything else.
Being a part of all my beautiful clients lives, is truely my favourite part of the salon. The connections and friendships iv made in all these years are what make me excited to step into work each day.

I absolutely love to see my clients leave at the end of their service feeling refreshed and feelin themselves ✨
Helping women enhance their natural beauty is something special and I am so eternally grateful that my clients continue to put their trust in me and my work.

I truely can’t see myself doing anything else but this, because even 12 years later, this space and what I create here still fills my heart with happiness each and everyday.
