STRICT BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
• Full payment is required PRIOR to your appointment.
• Cash is preferred. Bank transfer is only accepted if arranged in advance.

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend will result in a 50% fee required before any future booking.
• Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in no further appointments being accepted.

BANK TRANSFERS
• Payment must be completed before the appointment time.
• Clients requiring more than one reminder to finalise a transfer will not be rebooked under any circumstances.
