Hannah did not take her hands off my face the entire 75mins which to me means a fantastic facial. None of this putting on a mask & leaving the room or putting me under a steamer & leaving the room. All the products smelt so good - the room although not modern in the lovely old Kite st house was dark, cosy and very quiet - again this equals a good facial for me as I do not want to hear conservations or outside noise. I got a tub of mask to take home inc in facial price & a pressie lipstick.
