Tricia says - I started using Plexus in Oct 2013 after being diagnosed with Type II diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis. I have also been battling high blood pressure for most of my life. I never could seem to lose weight no matter what I tried. My first week on Plexus I lost 8lbs and 11 inches total. Then I just stalled...and stalled...and stalled. I was determined to stick with it and right at my 4th month I began losing again. My blood sugar started stabilizing and so did my blood pressure. I am still having a hard time with the RA and am on so many meds that they make me feel ill, but I'm determined the longer I stick with Plexus it will eventually help with the RA and my goal is to be off all meds by 1 year of using Plexus.
