...and this is why we have a COMPLETE BAN on mascara / not even mascara for eyelash extensions ( who would even design that ) a non lash tech that's who's!!!

If you put any type of sealant or mascara onto a volume set you will destroy it as seen here - they are ruined and the whole set to come off. Ok maybe a thorough clean may fluff them back out but that would take the whole apt and more to remove every little trace!
From experience though, don't bother - there is no way you can get completely clean and then the onus is on you as the tech and your lack of care towards your client, who still has mascara in her lashes, a breeding ground for bacteria and the likely development of infection.
If you wear mascara you know the only way to really get it off properly is to scrub, so even if you apply to classic lashes you will be needed to scrub those lashes and trust me you are going to run them out.
Remember techs, our job title is lash artist / not lash cleaner so it's paramount clients NEVER apply mascara, not even because they had " a little gap" noooooo

Extensions and mascara should never be seen together except applied to natural lower lashes.

I get asked often....how often will I need a fill. Everyone is different, but on average a person sheds approximately 2 to 5 lashes per eye per day. So of we go with 3, that's 21 lashes in a week. 42 lashes in 2 weeks and 63 lashes in 3 weeks. ON AVERAGE.
To ensure your lashes remain looking full I always suggest 2.5 weeks is the best fill time.
