Edgewater nails

**A Heartfelt Message to Our Valued Clients ❤️**

Dear Valued Clients,

I would like to let you know that **Edgewater Nails is currently in the process of being sold**. The settlement is expected to take approximately two weeks from now.

* **Regarding vouchers:** If you have any of our vouchers and would like to use them before we leave, you are very welcome to visit us anytime. Otherwise, the new owner will take care of you and your vouchers.

* **For those who would like to see us one last time:** We would be absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to serve you again before we say goodbye.

* **A personal message from my heart:** It is incredibly hard for me to say goodbye to all of you. I have cried many times just thinking about leaving, and I have even shed tears in front of some of our clients, knowing that they might not see me again after returning from their holidays.

I will never forget the kindness, trust, and support you have given us throughout these years. Serving you has been a true pleasure for both my sister and me. Of course, we know that we have not always been perfect, but we have always tried our best to improve and give you the best service we can every day.

If there have ever been times when we did not meet your expectations or left you feeling disappointed, please know that it was never our intention. We sincerely apologise and hope you can forgive us.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of our journey. You have meant so much more to us than just clients, and the memories we have made with you will always hold a special place in our hearts.

* **An update about the sale:** Once the settlement is finalised, I will post another announcement here and introduce the new owner by tagging her on this page.

Lastly, I sincerely hope you will give the new owner a chance to prove herself and continue to support her, just as you have supported my sister and me over the years. I hope you will welcome her warmly and give her the same kindness and trust that you have always shown us.

**Thank you for everything.** We are truly grateful to each and every one of you. Saying goodbye is not easy, but we will always cherish the time we have shared with you.

With love and heartfelt gratitude,

**My sister and I**
