For my birthday, I was kindly gifted a crystal sound bowl from a dear friend whom I’ve known nearly half my life!

Today, we learnt that Pete won’t be able to drive for the next 3 months.

Swedish Body Massage

Over 20 years ago, when I qualified in Swedish massage, I was taught to start the massage from client’s lower half of the body eg feet,legs.

However, I have recently learnt that commencing the massage sequence at the décolletage area (neckline, upper chest) can help to “open the ports”. Which specifically focuses on stimulating and helping the upper body lymphatic system.

While the term open the ports is not a standard massage term, commencing the massage from the décolletage area can even further promote lymphatic drainage and overall wellbeing.

I happen to use this approach in Deluxe Facial treatment. Which includes a 10 minute décolletage, shoulder, neck massage and is another reason why my lovely client’s skin look so fresh and amazing after the Deluxe Facial treatment.
